Micro Pen Needling

Microneedling is fractionated collagen stimulation.  Unlike lasers or chemical peels, this treatment can be used safely on all skin types without fear of hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation because there is no thermal damage.   This treatment mechanically creates numerous small channels through the skin which stimulates the body to produce new collagen. 

The MicroPen  treatment is excellent for antiaging and fine lines, acne scarring, scars from trauma or incisions, skin tone and texture and hyperpigmentation. This skin rejuvenation treatment uses vitamin c, native hyaluronic acid, copper peptides, alpha lipoic acid and green tea extract. 

Research has shown that better results may be achieved with much lower settings and longer intervals between treatments.  Absorption is enhanced with a pneumatic pressure device that propels topically applied serums through the micro-channels. Because this specific type of treatment is not thermal, we are able to avoid the pro-inflammatory effects and the “down time” is significantly reduced.
